Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage building certification project delivery and competitive bids.
•Provide expert technical guidance on BREEAM, WELL, and other certification schemes.
•Support clients with decarbonisation targets and practical pathways.
•Produce technical summaries and detailed reports, analyzing large datasets to translate findings into outputs.
•Mentor junior consultants and oversee internal quality assurance; present findings and project outcomes to clients.

Key Requirements

•Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, architecture, building services, or a related discipline.
•5+ years’ experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment.
•Demonstrable expertise in building certification schemes, including BREEAM and WELL.
•Licensed BREEAM Assessor with proven experience delivering certification projects and leading or mentoring teams.
•Strong grounding in environmental impact assessment and the ability to integrate low-carbon and climate-resilient design solutions.
