Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technical support to WindServer users and analysts, ensuring a reliable and responsive experience
  • •Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, server, and configuration issues across the WindServer environment
  • •Implement code updates and server configuration changes to maintain system performance and stability
  • •Support the maintenance and operation of on-premise server infrastructure
  • •Collaborate closely with senior administrators to learn, understand, and enhance WindServer architecture

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in C#, Transact-SQL, JavaScript, TextScript, jQuery, and Microsoft PowerShell;
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2022 environments;
  • •Experience with firewall administration and computer networking concepts;
  • •Familiarity with Synology DiskStation Manager and AWS Storage Gateway;
  • •Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and version control systems
