Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze maintenance work processes at manufacturing sites, identify gaps against MOWP standards, and implement improvements with site teams.
  • •Strengthen maintenance planning and scheduling discipline by improving planning accuracy, deploying standardized processes/tools, and maximizing productivity.
  • •Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and step-by-step guidance for high-quality maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
  • •Identify, track, and report maintenance process effectiveness metrics and KPIs; analyze trends and support corrective/improvement actions.
  • •Act as the primary owner of the SAP PM module for maintenance work processes, partnering with IT and sites on enhancements, requirements, testing, and deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in chemical plant or refinery operations or maintenance (preferred).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a supervisory role in a chemical plant or refinery environment.
  • •Knowledge of major planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera, Prometheus Scheduler, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
  • •Advanced knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Materials Management), with SAP PS experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of the full maintenance lifecycle (work identification through closeout) and the ability to build, track, and analyze maintenance KPIs.
