Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI-powered product experiences using TypeScript, React, and LLM provider APIs.
  • •Develop the agentic tool runtime that enables Operator to take actions inside the product on behalf of users.
  • •Build integrations connecting Operator with Braze product surfaces, third-party vendors, and AI model providers.
  • •Improve reliability, observability, and safety of LLM-backed systems, including streaming responses, error handling, evaluation, and rollout controls.
