Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections and diagnostics on GSE and MHE during turn-in processing.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per Army standards and applicable TMs; service mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Troubleshoot faults with Army-approved diagnostic tools, replace damaged components, and return equipment to a serviceable state when authorized.
  • •Record maintenance and inspection results using DA forms and Army systems such as GCSS-Army, including condition codes (A–H) and audit-ready documentation.
  • •Adhere to OSHA, Army, and company safety policies while handling fuels, lubricants, batteries, and hazardous materials; support turn-in operations and technical guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining GSE or MHE in an Army or contractor environment (Army preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army maintenance standards, technical manuals (TMs), preventive maintenance, and property accountability requirements.
  • •Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Proficiency reading TMs, schematics, and maintenance work orders; strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills.
  • •Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 75% of the time and obtain/maintain CAC and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
