Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Spend Controls Team within Employee Spend, owning pre-authorization spend limits, virtual card controls, and real-time decisioning.
  • •Drive the spend controls product roadmap, including card management and virtual card network strategy.
  • •Lead the technical migration of spend-limit decisioning platform onto modern infrastructure.
  • •Manage a team of product managers and analysts and set priorities for the pre-auth controls roadmap.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, risk, and enterprise platform partners to ship controls that change customer behavior.

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, business/marketing, with the degree expected by the scheduled start date.
  • •Alternatively, has a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI, including proactive incorporation of AI into personal projects or built automations using AI agents.
  • •Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex product problems while mitigating product risks.
