Job Summary

Lead the growth and technical positioning of the Artificial Lift portfolio in Venezuela. Serve as the primary technical and commercial advisor, develop and execute country growth strategies, and build strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. Support proposals, tenders, and presentations with value-driven technical solutions, partner with Operations and Business Development to deliver projects, and analyze market and competitive intelligence. Mentor Technical Sales Advisors and introduce new technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical and commercial advisor for the Artificial Lift portfolio in Venezuela.
•Develop and execute country growth strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
•Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
•Identify opportunities for revenue growth, technology adoption, and service expansion, including proposal/tender support and customer presentations.
•Partner with Operations and Business Development teams; mentor Technical Sales Advisors and subject matter experts, and promote innovation across the Artificial Lift business.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•10+ years of relevant industry experience in Artificial Lift.
•Proven experience with Electric Submersible Pumps.
•Experience in technical sales, account management, operations support, or business development.
•English proficiency required.
