Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and facilitate the domain’s quarterly and annual planning process and keep the roadmap on track from idea to delivery
  • •Manage dependencies across teams by identifying blockers and driving issues to resolution before delays
  • •Champion consistent delivery governance across domain teams, including major platform modernization efforts
  • •Own key metrics and dashboards to track domain performance and flag emerging trends early
  • •Run domain leadership communications—prepare updates, manage the meeting cadence, and drive follow-through

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in program and/or project management
  • •Proven experience leading large, cross-company programs (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex tech environments)
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • •Experience building dedicated AI tools and workflows to create operational efficiency
  • •Experience with Agile, product development life cycles, and regulatory considerations
