Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the Learning Partners strategy, operating model, and quality standards, defining how intake, scope, prioritize, and deliver align to business needs.
  • •Coach and develop a team of Learning Partners, role-modeling consulting, facilitation, and learning design craft.
  • •Own the LP charter OKRs and annual learning plan, allocating capacity and balancing demand with the team’s bandwidth.
  • •Lead the Centers of Excellence initiative by building and scaling internal expert and facilitator communities to grow long-term capability.
  • •Serve as a strategic learning advisor to senior leaders, running leadership cadences and needs analysis to build outcome-driven learning roadmaps, and manage governance/measurement using structured evaluation (Kirkpatrick/ROI where warranted).

Key Requirements

  • •6-9 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development, including leading a team or learning practice.
  • •Partner with and influence senior business leaders by diagnosing needs through performance consulting and translating them into learning strategy.
  • •Design and facilitate learning programs across leadership, functional, and behavioral domains.
  • •Run a portfolio of programs end-to-end with strong program/project management across many stakeholders and tight timelines.
