Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • •2–5 years of professional architectural design experience across concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
  • •Experience with mixed-use, commercial office, retail, hospitality, and public building projects; medium-to-large scale preferred.
  • •Proficiency with design tools including Rhino, Grasshopper, D5, Enscape, Lumion, Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD; plus Microsoft Office, Project, Bluebeam, and Acrobat.
  • •Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills and a complete portfolio submission.
