Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Team Leader/Supervisor to ensure customer orders are executed timely and prioritize urgent orders.
  • •Review orders and documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) and support troubleshooting for order documentation and schedules.
  • •Provide professional status updates, resolve production issues, and promote teamwork across departments.
  • •Use computer-based research and auditing to resolve errors by investigating transactions.
  • •Receive, document, store, stage, and issue production materials; package, band, label, and stencil equipment/parts for safe shipment; support customer service requirements (OTP and quick ships).
