Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of data engineers, including performance discussions, coaching, and performance management for direct reports.
  • •Provide technical and people leadership while building an AI-powered team culture using agentic solutions to improve speed and business value.
  • •Participate in design, architecture review, and deployment of big data and cloud data warehouse solutions.
  • •Drive project requirements and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
  • •Ensure operational stability via production support, monitoring/alerting, escalation handling, and collaboration to recover from failures.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years developing, delivering, and/or supporting big data engineering and advanced analytics solutions.
  • •6+ years of experience managing or leading data engineering teams.
  • •4-5 years hands-on experience building cloud data-centric solutions in GCP or other cloud platforms.
  • •Intermediate-to-advanced programming experience, preferably Python, plus exposure to GenAI/productivity tools and agentics.
  • •Experience with ELT/ETL (preferably NiFi) and strong SQL and database management system knowledge (preferably SQL Server and Snowflake).
