Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the platform engineering strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with product and business priorities.
  • •Lead cloud and infrastructure engineering, including compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure as code, with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and cost awareness.
  • •Guide platform architecture and critical technical decisions to ensure resilient and maintainable systems for future growth.
  • •Own DevOps and CI/CD practices, improving build, test, deployment, and release workflows through automation and continual improvement.
  • •Build and maintain shared platforms and developer tooling, enabling application teams to safely operate and evolve systems at scale.

  • •10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or DevOps
  • •3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership
  • •7+ years of experience and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
  • •Experience with distributed systems, containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code
  • •Experience owning or supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation
