Key Responsibilities

•Develop detailed maintenance job plans/work packages including labor, task steps, estimated durations, materials, tools, equipment, safety considerations, permitting needs, and execution constraints.
•Review work requests and work orders for scope clarity, priority, asset information, required resources, and planning readiness before scheduling.
•Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Reliability, and contractors to clarify scope gaps and confirm execution readiness.
•Maintain planning and documentation data in CMMS/work management systems (job plans, task lists, PM records, equipment information, material requirements) and support backlog readiness tracking.
•Prepare maintenance planning and scheduling reports, metrics, and meeting materials, and communicate planning/work package/material readiness updates to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, job plan development, work order management, maintenance coordination, or maintenance scheduling in an industrial environment.
•Experience developing maintenance work packages, task lists, material requirements, labor estimates, equipment needs, and execution plans.
•Experience planning preventive, corrective, regulatory, condition-based, turnaround, or project-related maintenance activities.
•Experience identifying parts, materials, tools, equipment, permits, contractor support, and vendor services needed for maintenance execution.
•Experience using maintenance management systems and CMMS data (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Hexagon) and Microsoft Excel/reporting tools to support planning and scheduling readiness.
