Review, verify, code, and post incoming invoices for timely processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable tax regulations. Investigate invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams, execute and support payment runs, and maintain and reconcile supplier accounts. Prepare reports, analyses, and financial reconciliations while supporting month-, quarter-, and year-end closing. Contribute to automation of accounts payable processes and support internal/external audits with strong internal controls.
