Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, verify, code, and post incoming invoices accurately and timely.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable tax regulations.
  • •Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
  • •Execute, monitor, and support payment runs; maintain and reconcile supplier accounts.
  • •Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing, prepare reports and reconciliations, and assist with audits/internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as an accountant.
  • •Relevant Finance & Accounting experience is desirable; applications from recent graduates are welcome.
  • •Experience with SAP R/3 and/or SAP S4/Hana is an advantage.
  • •Very good MS Office knowledge.
  • •Excellent knowledge of German and English. Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
