Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather requirements, create project charters, and plan schedules and resource assignments for customer implementations.
  • •Proactively identify project risks, build mitigation plans, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
  • •Coordinate delivery with internal teams, subject matter experts, escalation points, and third parties to clear blockers and deliver on objectives.
  • •Provide tailored project status updates and maintain project plans/templates in project management tools.
  • •Deliver/administer training for Canvas instance configuration and support customer acceptance at project closure, including documentation and retrospectives.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to confidently manage external stakeholders for project delivery.
  • •Experience designing, documenting, and communicating technical solutions in SaaS ecosystems.
  • •Familiarity with identity provider authentication systems and experience with APIs for integrating applications.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Eligibility to work in Hungary, with the ability to work remotely from Budapest; willingness to travel across EMEA up to 20%.
