Key Requirements

  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role, or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
  • •More than 5 years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer.
  • •More than 5 years of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
  • •More than 5 years of experience constructing/building and providing reports and presentation materials for assigned projects or Leadership review.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, plus experience leading cross-functional/project teams and managing supplier performance (preferred).
