Key Responsibilities

•Lead the AUTOMATION STRATEGY across system validation, SoC platforms, and software stacks
•Standardize CI/CD pipelines
•Own tooling decisions: test orchestration, lab control, results analytics, dashboards
•Leverage AI Solutions for driving efficiency improvements across the organization
•Proactively drive continuous improvement for post-silicon power and performance activities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,103,450 - 4,433,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
•Experience leading automation or infrastructure teams
•Proven track record of developing and architecting robust automation infrastructures
•Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
•Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion
