Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate rubber-tired or crawler-type loaders with scoop buckets to excavate, move, and load materials.
  • •Load trucks and manage materials from stockpiles/batch plants to support accurate, timely delivery.
  • •Maintain constant communication and visual contact with team members, especially when maneuvering in tight spaces.
  • •Perform daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and document findings as required.
  • •Adhere to OSHA/MSHA and company safety policies; conduct routine servicing/minor maintenance and escalate significant repairs to the Foreman.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment in a construction setting.
  • •Ability to lift up to 100 pounds unassisted when necessary and meet physical demands of outdoor work.
  • •Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check, plus a “Fit for Work” physical examination.
  • •Provide valid I-9 documentation for employment eligibility.
