Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
  • •Analyze inventory performance (turns, stock-outs, backorders, dead/overstock) and lead SKU rationalization and inventory reviews.
  • •Create, manage, and monitor purchase orders; forecast inventory needs using sales, seasonality, and market conditions.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, order quantities, pricing, and product availability; evaluate vendor performance.
  • •Develop reports and dashboards for inventory and purchasing KPIs and present recommendations to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •2–5 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or distribution.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
