Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery and restock/destock in accordance with directives from the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities related to product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, and make changes as necessary.
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience; coach associates, support recruitment and development, and provide constant feedback using company performance tools.
