Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers on job duties and assist the supervisor in assigning and directing employee work.
  • •Coordinate vehicle flow by communicating with supervisor/manager and maintaining logs of stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
  • •Manage vans/transport drivers, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off of employees and vehicles according to the schedule.
  • •Ensure daily van maintenance and routine checks, fuel/lubricants/accessories service, and follow safety/health procedures while supporting safety activities.
