Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, manage, and maintain servers, operating systems, and key applications.
  • •Apply patches and configuration changes in line with change management procedures; perform health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • •Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues; diagnose and resolve system, application, and network problems.
  • •Install, configure, and deploy new systems, applications, and tools; support upgrades, migrations, and integrations; document standards and procedures.
