Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Global People Services Management team to identify training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • •Develop programs and curriculum for employee onboarding and on-the-job training.
  • •Analyze training effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
  • •Provide support and coaching to accelerate new-employee onboarding and maintain training materials.
  • •Design processes to monitor employee performance against training and coordinate system testing for HR system upgrades and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of HR and/or Talent Management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Experience working with HR systems (Oracle preferred, not required).
  • •Excellent assessment and analytical skills with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • •Proven ability to develop and implement initiatives and adapt under deadlines in a changing environment.
