Job Summary

Lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory technology solutions for Compliance and Anti Financial Crime (AFC). Ensure AFC systems and tools meet regulatory requirements, while designing KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks. Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementation and oversight of regulatory technology solutions supporting Compliance and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) functions.
•Ensure AFC systems and tools meet regulatory requirements.
•Design and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for Compliance and AFC systems.
•Lead, guide, and mentor teams in adopting RegTech best practices within Compliance and AFC.
•Support automation and digital transformation, monitor regulatory developments, and conduct system audits and validations to maintain alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
•Minimum 5–8 years of combined experience in Compliance, Technology, AML/CFT, Anti-Fraud, RegTech, or related technology functions.
•Strong understanding of AML/CFT, Fraud Risk Management, and regulatory technology frameworks.
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to financial institutions and fintech companies.
•Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
