Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ground operations such as greasing equipment, general laboring, and routine maintenance around asphalt plants.
  • •Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment and communicate/coordinate during backing and other movements using hand signals.
  • •Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with required documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • •Assist in training less-experienced employees on equipment operations, servicing, and repair.
