•Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma; evaluate technologies and vendor solutions to enhance operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
•10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategic operations, or management consulting, preferably in SaaS/technology.
•Proven track record leading and executing complex operational projects with measurable business impact.
•Expertise in process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and change management.
•Advanced analytical and stakeholder communication skills, including proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce).
