Job Summary

Own the architecture and evolution of Azure-based cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities that power transaction processing, analytics, and developer self-service. Serve as a senior individual contributor and hands-on technical leader across multiple teams—defining secure, scalable standards, improving provisioning and CI/CD practices, and guiding safe production rollouts. Partner with engineering, security, operations, and product to ensure resilient, cost-aware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for complex cloud infrastructure and platform initiatives spanning multiple teams or services.
•Own the architecture, design, and implementation of critical Azure infrastructure components and platform capabilities.
•Define and evolve standards, patterns, and guardrails for secure, scalable, and operable cloud solutions.
•Enable and improve self-service provisioning and developer platforms to reduce friction and increase team autonomy.
•Guide and mentor Senior and Software Engineer II team members through design reviews, feedback, and technical coaching.

Key Requirements

•Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, and operating Azure-based cloud infrastructure at scale (compute, networking, storage, identity, platform services).
•Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (ARM, Bicep, Terraform or equivalent), emphasizing modularity, reuse, and policy enforcement.
•Strong cloud security and networking fundamentals, including identity and access management, private networking, secure boundaries, and defense-in-depth.
•Experience designing resilient, highly available, fault-tolerant platforms with failure-mode analysis and disaster recovery strategies.
•Proven ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end, authoring and reviewing technical designs and managing safe production rollouts.
