Key Responsibilities

•Manage a multifunctional leadership team responsible for daily operational delivery and exceptional execution of the distribution center.
•Analyze KPIs and processes to design and implement continuous improvement plans to maximize process productivity and achieve excellence within the program.
•Plan and calibrate headcount and inputs to structure the logistics operation with our partner according to demand curve.
•Manage transport indicators impacting results such as routing, delivery efficiency, loading time, in-route time, vehicle occupancy and driver performance.
•Ensure safety rules are followed and foster a healthy work environment to maximize performance, engagement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Formation in Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
•Experience leading large teams in Supply Chain, Operations or Transportation.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lean/Six Sigma and data analysis tools.
•Availability to work in Cotia - SP, on-site, Monday to Friday with flexible hours to match operations.
