Job Summary

Lead HP’s Corporate Development deal execution, owning M&A strategy and transaction delivery from target identification through structuring, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and risk analysis. Partner with executives across Global Business Units to develop inorganic growth plans, cultivate relationships with external advisors and investment banks, and oversee internal reviews with C-level leaders and Board members. Drive integration handoffs to maximize value realization and continuously improve corporate development processes using AI and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all aspects of deal execution, including target identification, structuring, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and risk analysis.
•Establish relationships across Global Business Units to develop inorganic strategies and execution plans.
•Cultivate and manage a deal pipeline with internal stakeholders and external groups like investment banks and advisors.
•Apply rigor and strategic insight to evaluate strategic fit, risks, synergies, and value creation opportunities.
•Oversee cross-functional due diligence and the internal C-level/Board approval process; collaborate with the M&A integration team for value realization.

Salary: USD 206,050 - 300,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
•10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a buy-side transactional role (e.g., corporate development or private equity).
•Proven track record managing complex projects.
•Preferred experience within major corporations and a background in investment banking or consulting.
•Ability to apply financial acumen and strategic business insight to support executive decision-making.
