•Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for messaging enablement platform capabilities and workflows.

•Prioritize and deliver high-leverage improvements across tools, guardrails, and self-serve flexibility for multiple messaging use cases.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and data science to build and evolve messaging capabilities at scale.
•Use experimentation practices such as A/A and A/B testing to optimize outcomes for internal messaging workflows.

•Strong track record building trust-based relationships with internal customers and engineering teams.
•Experience defining product direction across the lifecycle using clear product documents (e.g., strategy memos, PRDs) and communicating with senior audiences.
