  • •Deliver precise and compliant HR operations with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Advise and execute HR initiatives across the whole employee life-cycle, partnering with leadership in the region.
  • •Own key HR processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and engagement.
  • •Partner with managers on performance management, organizational design, rewards and workforce planning, and employee relations across countries.
  • •Coach managers, drive DEI initiatives, refine HR administration processes with the HRIS team, and deliver global HR projects/policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • •HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
  • •Regional HR experience in Latin America (Brazil and/or Mexico) with understanding of local labor laws.
  • •Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and balancing leading with hands-on execution for daily HR routines.
  • •Fluent business English (written and spoken) and experience mentoring and developing others.
