Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Talent Partnering to co-create custom talent solutions beyond the global catalog for specific business or regional needs.
  • •Rapidly design, prototype, and deploy fit-for-purpose learning workshops, learning journeys, interventions, and toolkits using instructional design best practices.
  • •Design and deliver localized content tailored to local market needs, cultural nuances, and business priorities, supporting new country expansions and critical transformation initiatives.
  • •Reinforce leadership behaviors and enterprise values through targeted, on-site engagement and interventions; drive adoption of learning platforms and local learning strategies.
  • •Provide selective support for global programs only when directly tied to a country-specific initiative, ensuring efforts enhance local impact without duplicating global delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness, with experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in global organizations.
  • •Proven ability to support transformation initiatives, hyper-growth environments, and market expansion efforts.
  • •Strong instructional design expertise, including end-to-end learning experiences across live, virtual, digital, and blended formats.
  • •Fluency using AI tools to rapidly design, generate, iterate, and personalize learning content, including familiarity with modern learning platforms such as LXP environments.
