Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret prints, GD&T, tolerances, and datums to understand OGP program requirements.
  • •Identify required dimensions from product specifications and recommend changes as needed to achieve measurement goals.
  • •Write, run, and debug OGP programs to measure all critical dimensions and perform validation tests.
  • •Conduct preliminary statistical data analysis and troubleshoot validation issues related to tools, calibration, or pallet dimensions.
  • •Train team members (including apprentices) and participate in meetings to discuss requirements, timelines, risks, and ideas.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated advanced knowledge of OGP Measuremind and OGP Zone3 programming.
