Job Summary

Lead the AI organization’s program management operating engine by translating AI strategy into a disciplined, enterprise-wide portfolio roadmap, milestone plan, and execution rhythm. Establish intake, prioritization, governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and portfolio health reviews. Coordinate AI enablement, tooling rollouts, adoption measurement, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution across risk, legal, compliance, technology, HR, and communications in a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI program management day-to-day by orchestrating execution across strategic AI initiatives, enablement programs, tooling rollouts, adoption efforts, and cross-functional projects.
•Translate AI strategy into an integrated portfolio roadmap, milestone plan, dependency map, and execution rhythm for tradeoffs, sequencing, and resourcing decisions.
•Establish and run the AI portfolio operating model, including intake, prioritization, governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, status reporting, and portfolio health reviews.
•Coordinate AI enablement and change management in partnership with HR, learning, communications, business teams, technology, risk, legal, and compliance.
•Aggregate and report AI portfolio KPIs and program metrics, maintaining a trusted program record and delivering executive-ready reporting and briefings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10+ years leading program, portfolio, transformation, or strategic initiative leadership experience (or 14+ years without a degree).
•Proven track record leading large, complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and measurable business outcomes.
•Experience delivering strategic technology/data/digital/analytics/automation/AI or enterprise transformation programs in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
•Working knowledge of AI, data, analytics, technology delivery, and change management sufficient to coordinate across technical, business, and control stakeholders.
•Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile, plus delivery tools such as Jira and SharePoint (or similar).
