Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical interface for enterprise key accounts, translating customer technical needs into feasible, competitive packaging solutions.
  • •Drive new product development and proactive technical engagement to support account growth and innovation pipelines.
  • •Coordinate development projects across global sites, managing timelines, risks, and priorities.
  • •Resolve technical feasibility, quality deviations, mold/machine challenges, and customer change requests.
  • •Drive sustainability outcomes such as PCR implementation, recyclability targets, and waste-reduction initiatives while balancing total cost of ownership and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • •Several years’ experience in packaging, technical sales, or product development within plastics/packaging.
  • •Strong knowledge of plastic conversion, especially injection molding, mold design/manufacturing, and packaging development.
  • •Understanding of FMCG packaging requirements, food safety/quality standards, and sustainability/recyclability expectations.
  • •Ability to coordinate projects across multiple sites and translate technical needs into commercially viable packaging solutions.
