Coordinate rental requests and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process using the proprietary T3 platform. Build and nurture relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educate customers on how rentals help them save and earn more, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly while developing sales strategies to grow market share and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
•Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals and educating customers on how EquipmentShare helps them save, earn, and operate more efficiently.
•Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are fully satisfied and stay updated on new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business.
•Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
•Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
