Job Summary

Lead Success Operations by translating marketplace goals into rigorous execution for Customer and Pro Success teams. Key Responsibilities

•Develop operational strategy to help Customer and Pro Success teams maximize revenue, activation, and retention impact.
•Own headcount and capacity forecasting models to translate supply and demand signals into staffing plans and budget requirements.
•Deploy AI automation and optimize the tech stack to reduce manual friction, increase agent efficiency, and scale early onboarding interventions.
•Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Product ops, Sales, and Service to improve pro retention and ROI.
•Lead and coach operators and analysts, and establish business review cadence to turn data into executive narratives and directives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,100 - 168,300 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in Customer Success Ops, Marketplace Ops, Revenue Ops, BizOps, or similar operational roles.
•Experience working in a marketplace, gig economy platform, or fast-moving ecosystem serving consumers or SMBs.
•Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate strategy into executable program plans.
•Experience building and managing tools and workflows across Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker, or internal systems.
•Strong analytical background (SQL proficiency preferred) and demonstrated success leading operators or analysts.
