Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure EHS and corporate business conduct compliance with zero reportable EHS incidents and no policy/regulation breaches.
  • •Execute Rigids development projects, especially for construction insulation, as assigned by the Technical Manager.
  • •Collaborate with country commercial/technical service teams and strategic marketing to contribute to sales generation.
  • •Operate and maintain equipment for Rigids applications properly.
  • •Support sustaining existing business by resolving long-haul customer production problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or higher in polymer science or another chemical-related field.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Rigids technologies and polyurethane industries, including PU Rigids formulation, processing, and production.
  • •5+ years of technical development or technical service experience in Rigids fields or polyurethane industries, preferably with multinational companies.
  • •Strong polyurethane Rigids application and product development skills, plus sufficient equipment operation skills for adhesive and coating applications.
  • •Fluent English with effective interpersonal, communication, negotiating, and influencing skills; proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
