•Develop effective strategies for communicating on LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
•Design new methods for evaluating posts’ performance on social media, iterating on what’s working, and fixing what’s not.
•Write compelling social copy that translates complex blockchain topics for the target audience.
•React quickly to news, identifying where Chainalysis can engage in the conversation.
•Track performance across channels, distill what is resonating with each audience, and refine our approach based on data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B technology, media, financial services, cybersecurity, or adjacent brand.
•Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and associated technologies.
•Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt output across platforms.
•Track record of building social media strategies that increase engagement.
•Comfort using analytics to evaluate performance, develop experiments and guide decisions about messaging.
