Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supply planning by helping create and review the supply plan (purchases, production, and stock transfers) to meet target service levels.
  • •Maintain and clean master data in the ERP system, including articles, lead times, and safety stock.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track the team’s KPIs (e.g., rotation frequency, stockouts, inventory coverage).
  • •Analyze inventory to identify obsolescence, excess stock, and deviations versus the plan.
  • •Create visual alerts and recommendations for the team based on inventory analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced student or recently graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • •Intermediate or advanced English.
  • •Solid knowledge of Power BI: report creation, intermediate data modeling, and Power Query basics.
  • •Advanced Excel (pivot tables, buscarv/x, logical formulas).
  • •Strong organization and attention to detail, with teamwork and effective communication, plus a proactive mindset to learn.
