Job Summary

Design, implement, and operate B2B IAM solutions for Visa’s business portals, primarily using ForgeRock. Support SSO and federation using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0, contribute to authorization policies and adaptive authentication, and perform IAM environment operations under runbooks. Key Responsibilities

•Support SSO integrations on ForgeRock AM, applying standard configurations, running integration tests, and triaging issues under guidance.
•Maintain federation using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0, including management of metadata and certificates/keys with troubleshooting using logs.
•Contribute to authorization policy updates and build adaptive authentication trees/journeys in ForgeRock AM using approved patterns and templates.
•Participate in IAM environment operations by following runbooks, applying configuration changes, performing non-production hardening/tuning, and executing supervised production changes.
•Provide L2 operational support and documentation on rotation, including validating/tuning session management, supporting ForgeRock DS health checks and replication, deploying web/app server agents, and assisting MFA rollouts with monitoring and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
•Familiarity with web/application servers including Apache HTTP Server, Microsoft IIS, and Apache Tomcat (NGINX or JWS exposure is a plus).
•LDAP concepts and basic directory administration tasks.
•Linux fundamentals and basic Windows Server administration.
•Monitoring/logging and SSO/federation standards knowledge (Splunk or Elastic/Kibana, Grafana/Prometheus; SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0) including MFA concepts.
