•Develop operating and financial models to support business case
•Execute transactions that will have a material impact on the business

Key Requirements

•4-10 years of experience, preferably in top-tier investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development in technology companies or equivalent
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Investment banking experience, specifically with M&A and live deals
•Strong analytical skills & data literacy, especially the ability to create and manage investment memos and financial models
•Experience in technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
