Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform teams (3+ years) with a strong coaching and mentorship style.
  • •Deep understanding of modern data architectures, data integration, orchestration patterns, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • •Strong technical credibility across SQL, data modeling, and pipeline design, with tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Fivetran (or similar).
