Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce fulfillment center, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • •Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy across all SKUs through storage discipline, stock rotation, space utilization, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
  • •Support process improvement by reviewing daily workflows, updating SOPs, and reporting KPIs for productivity, order accuracy, and operational throughput.
  • •Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates and supervisors while enforcing safety protocols, HSSE practices, and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • •5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics management experience, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
  • •Experience with WMS, ERP, and order management systems.
  • •Strong ability to interpret KPIs and dashboards to monitor fulfillment performance and drive improvements.
  • •Proven track record leading high-performing warehouse teams, including workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.
