Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and build the Data Fabric platform, driving scalability, reliability, and security.
  • •Design and optimize large-scale distributed data systems for ingestion, storage, processing, and querying.
  • •Mentor senior engineers, set best practices, and drive innovation in data engineering and infrastructure.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally across teams in other locations to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • •Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance the platform, and establish standards including code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in distributed data systems.
  • •Proficiency in system-level programming languages (e.g., C# or Java) and willingness to learn new ones.
  • •Strong knowledge of OOP, architectural design patterns, system design, and data structures/algorithms.
  • •Experience with multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous and cloud programming.
  • •Experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern practices like agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
