Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department’s functions, including training and development of maintenance employees. Assist with hiring, coach and counsel staff, evaluate performance, and initiate discipline as needed. Lead preventive maintenance and other maintenance programs to keep machinery and facilities operating properly, while repairing equipment and ordering parts. Ensure maintenance activities align with operating department needs and established safety rules, and maintain repair/maintenance records.
