Job Summary

Own enterprise identity and access management capabilities, partnering with Security Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, HR, Internal Audit, and application teams. Design, implement, and operate Microsoft identity services such as Entra ID, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, PIM, and JIT access controls, and support PAM platforms. Lead identity governance and administration initiatives, build automation with Python/PowerShell and Microsoft Graph/REST APIs, and troubleshoot complex identity incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical owner for enterprise identity and access management (IAM) capabilities.
•Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft identity services including Entra ID, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, PIM, JIT access controls, and Defender for Identity.
•Lead engineering and operational activities for privileged access management (PAM) platforms.
•Drive identity governance and administration (IGA) initiatives such as access certifications, birthright provisioning, role management, segregation of duties, and lifecycle management.
•Develop automation to improve identity operations and governance processes, integrate identity platforms with enterprise applications/cloud services/security tooling, and troubleshoot complex identity incidents.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, MFA/passwordless authentication, SSO federation (SAML/OIDC/OAuth), Conditional Access, OATH, PIM, JIT administration, and Microsoft Defender for Identity.
•Experience with Microsoft Graph API for identity security implementations.
•Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise PAM platform such as Delinea, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
•Experience implementing and administering IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Microsoft Identity Governance.
•Strong scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, KQL, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
