Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement a unified data development platform, including IDE, workflow management, and multiple-engine integration.
  • •Develop efficient methods to manage distributed states and sync metadata across centralized and global regional systems.
  • •Design and develop a high-performance distributed scheduling system for large-scale tasks across ByteDance business lines.
  • •Collaborate closely with partner teams across the company and globally.
  • •Design and develop integrations with other big data systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of software development experience with data structures/algorithms.
  • •3+ years of experience designing and architecting, including testing and launching software products.
  • •2+ years of experience with data management systems, including building big data development, data catalog, or data transfer platforms.
