Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, and other outlet equipment to ensure safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns and ensure maintenance meets internal customer requirements and defined safety and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate planned preventive maintenance tasks and review equipment deficiencies to implement corrective actions.
  • •Plan and execute maintenance for all outlets equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.
  • •Maintain tool, supply, and parts inventories, enforce cleanliness and organization standards, and ensure compliance with safety and security policies/procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • •Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot equipment problems, and implement effective maintenance solutions promptly.
  • •Experience supervising maintenance teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
  • •Strong preventive maintenance knowledge, including building maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support successful execution of maintenance activities.
